Be Aware of Paradise Dream Tours

I received a telephone solicitation from Paradise Dream Tours, Hollywood, FL for a 3 day/2 night stay at a hotel in Ft. Lauderdale FL; a 3 day/3 night cruise on board Royal Caribbean's "Majesty of the Seas" to the Bahamas and an 8 day/7 night stay at a resort for the gross sum of $998.00. The cruise was scheduled for 2/10/2012. They were supposed to email me the preboarding resgistration information for the ship 5 days before the cruise date. I had to call 5 days before, 4 days before and finally 3 days before and they still did not provide the information. I finally was able to speak to someone and they agreed to cancel the trip and fully refund my money within 10 business days; I received that in writing. 30 days later, I still can't get anyone to return my telephone calls and I still have not been refunded my money. I have had to resort to legal action.
