Incompetent and Unprofessional

I recently closed my account after one to many issues with One West Bank. Last year, one of the tellers was discussing my account with a family member. Then, about two years ago they accidentally transferred money out of another family members account and into mine, but this past month was it for me. I requested to wire funds to another bank. It took them two weeks to do it. They asked for a fax of my license, then would not accept that. Then asked for five signatures and would not accept that, then I had to get my license notarized and fax that. Guess what, they said they did not believe the notary was legit. It was a frustrating experience and I am glad to report my account is closed. Caution with fraud protection is necessary, but this was over the top.
