Unlawful cold calls, questionable company
|
I received a cold call from this company, even though I have been on the state and federal do-not-call lists since their inception. I talked to them long enough to get their name and address, so I could file a complaint. They seemed very sketchy. A quick
web search confirmed this. They use bait-and-switch tactics to sell mortgages, and have a consent order on file with the Massachusetts Commissioner of Banks. Do yourself a favor: find a reputable local bank.
