Refuse to provide basic ingredient concentration

Purchased an emulsifier, bottle arrived with label stating only one ingredient and no concentration, i.e., percent of desired product in what solution. Basic labeling requirement from the FDA. Called their company number and was told, "Our company policy is we do not provide that information. You have to experiment with your product from .25 to 4% or our product to get it right." Experiment?!...with a nutritional supplement for human consumption, are you kidding me! FAIL - FAIL - FAIL
