I too have been scammed by this company. I had sent off for the samples like the rest of you and got nothing but charges for the product and the shipping and handling. I called when I saw that my checking account had been deducted $78.95 twice for product that I had never received. I also never received the samples. I called and got a customer service associate by the name of "Gabby" who told me that the product had not been shipped out and that I would be refunded for ALL costs. Guess what??? I'm still waiting. I had called several times and was left on hold listening to their stupid "hold" message. Heard it three complete times!!!! They say their customers are valued and that someone would be with me in a short time. WHATEVER!!!!!
I am in the process of writing to the Florida and Washington State Attorney General. These people have got to be stopped. I too should have checked with BBB, which by the way rated them with an "F".
