Well, where does one start. I got an estimate from Nast Roofing and I decided to go with Nast Roofing to do the repairs on the roof. So I sent them 50% of the total bill, they cashed my check on Nov 2, 2016 and I really did not know they cash the check until I checked my bank. I never heard from Nast so I sent email, and no response so I sent another email, no response so I decided to call them on Nov 15, 2016 at that time they said you are on the schedule for next week so they showed up 4 days after that. They power washed the roof places that needed to be fixed creating another mess where the roof was leaking and did nothing about it plus made a mess in our pool area which was only half way cleaned. So after that another 4 to 5 days went by then they came and put a coating on the parts of the roof that was supposed to be repaired then they left and never said anything about it being finished. So again I had to call and ask about the roof being finished and they said it was finished so I went on the roof and discovered that they did not repair the roof they just put a coating on the roof and that was it so I called again then 2 guys came out and looked at the roof and discovered that it was not repaired properly so the guy had workers come out while he was watching and repair the roof the correct way. Then they just left again not saying anything about having the roof finished. So I waited, in the mean time I get a bill for the remainder of the bill so I sent an email again asking them if the work was done. They take your money then you get terrible service and the customer has to keep calling to get anything done or you will be waiting for ever before they do anything. Then 2 days later they sent me pictures of the finished product. After 6 days later Debbie from Nast Roofing called me and we discussed the situation, I told her at that time I did not want anything to do with their company so she offered me a 1,000.00 extra years’ warranty and take 200.00 off the bill. I told her I did not want the warranty just give me the money off my bill instead. She said she would have to discuss this with her husband. 10 days later a guy calls me and wants to talk to me about the roof so I met with him. He said that Debbie sent him to talk to me just about taking 200.00 off, I told him I wanted to talk to Debbie he said she was on a plane going someplace, I said so she sent you to do her dirty work. This company is really professional Ha Ha. So I gave him all their money and told them I do not want anything from them no warranty no nothing what so ever. I told them I already have a new roofing company. So take this all the way you want. If I am getting this treatment you know others are to. No one should have to go through what I had to go through trying to get a repair done to a roof. So please be ware in choosing your roof company.
