Please read this before buying from Mygirldress.com and please also read the other reviews for this company.
While the company does have beautiful dresses, their customer service is AWFUL! They never once notified me that the dress I ordered for my daughter was on back order, and I had to be the one to call in 7 days later to find out for myself. This is also a case of false advertising on their website, stating that the dresses are ready to ship in 2-3 days, but there's no indication of these same dresses being on back order. I submitted my order as a rush order and was told it would not even arrive in time for my daughter's First Communion. Customer service is difficult to get a hold of. More than that, they are rude and condescending. I tried to make a recommendation to them about advertising appropriately on their website, when I found out the situation regarding my order, and the rep hung up on me. I had to call back in to speak with her manager, who could not explain why I was not notified about the delay. There are other better companies that sell just as beautiful, if not more gorgeous, girls' dresses than this company. Leave the heartache behind and find another business to deal with!
