I had a similar experience to those who wrote in the complaints section, where Mr. Moore did not locate the septic tank with the probe, instead he tried to sell me on using the locator (with the warning about the cost of a lost probe), when I declined he sold me a bunch of chemicals, because I was on the hook for a service call already, I was stuck. The chemicals amount to Enzymes similar to Rid-X and root killer, but they are very expensive. I contacted a different septic service shortly , and they found the tank with their probe in about 3 minutes and were done in less than 45 minutes. Mr. Moore was unwilling to refund our money for 3 of the 4 containers of unopened Bioclean, even with us willing to deliver the containers to his office in person. I understand not refunding the first open jar. The money back guarantee is worthless if you can not return unopened, unused product within 1 day of purchase. To get a refund, you must use the product as directed according to Mr. Moore. I do not recommend this service to anyone after our negative experiences, unless you have already dug the tank yourself, and really know what you are doing or you may end up with jars of chemicals and an un-pumped septic tank.
