Review 3/21/2011
|
The nightmare that began when the driver showed at my door continues 9 months later.
I posted a previous review in Aug 2010, but did not see it when I logged in today.
Per my contract, I filed a claim with Mainline for over charging and damage to property.
CSI (Claims Service International) is the organization that was contracted by Mainline to process any claims.
I recevied notice that my claim had been received, and that the process to complete the analysis and make a determination on the validity of the claim would take the "entire 120 days allotted by law." Should have known then that the problems would continue, as it's consistent with the refrain I kept getting from Mainline as they would "deliver within the 21 days alloted by law."
The 120 have now passed, I CSI has yet to provide a determination. Their reason for not doing so is that Mainline has not responded to their requests for information. Supposedly, they could not get anyone at Mainline to answer the phones.
I got an answer by "Leon" at the first number I called, and he said he would check into the status of my claim and get back with me. Of course, it's been 5 days, and no response to my email, or a phone call back.
It is the same thing over and over again. Delay, deny, delay, don't respond, hoping I'll just go away. Now I'm getting similar actions by the claims service, which is blaming Mainline.
