Very rude customer service - they don't even bother making sure their customer is happy and satisfied. All they care about is making money and stating its non refundable. Don't bother with them - they are out there to make money. They wont accept email correspondences so be aware that despite the fact they publish their email address, they won't respond to you to avoid any trails of evidence. They only accept phone calls to get information.
