I trained with Matt from MOVFitness back in early 2006. He has a very military-type personality which I preferred. It's not for everybody, but great if you are already an athlete and need an extra push. I now train with their team online, but no longer take personal sessions.
It's nice to have a coach go over my plan of action once a month and it is easy on the wallet. Personal training wasn't so cheap, but now that I have a solid foundation I don't feel it's quite as necessary.
I feel they really go above and beyond with all the free information they provide. It really makes the process seem less daunting.
