MGM Universal Timeshares does not return phone calls. They state in writing that there are NO closing costs or hidden charges, yet when they said they had a buyer for my property, they would not reveal any details and wanted $1500.00 sent to a closing company they said was in Connecticut. When I said the transaction sounded "fishy" and asked for the closing company's name, the person said he would call back. He promptly hung up and that was the last I heard from anyone at MGM Universal Timeshares. I have left numerous messages asking for call backs and a return of my money to no avail. This company is obviously a rip-off scam group.
