One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Absolutely clueless, no response to any emails, voice mails and when I did get a live person to talk too, they had no ability or authority to answer any questions. All they are interested in is getting your service fee and then claim there is nothing they can do as their Verification Department has deemed they were within their rights to enforce the contract. Per their web site one has 7 days to retract the contract, I responded within 3 days but they refuse to entertain any requests for a refund. 3 weeks later I sit here totally frustrated.
