After dealing back and forth with my mortgage lender in an effort to obtain a hardship modification (without success), I decided to contact Lenders Portal Direct (hereinafter referred to as LPD). Initially I spoke with Zeke Griggs, who was very excellent / informative / professional and patient in explaining the services LPD has to offer in assisting me with this situation. Zeke immediately commended the procedure and thru his help and the help of the processing department, in particular Christopher Harrison, I received a settlement with my mortgage lender. LPD achieved beating the initial interest rate quote and accomplished that in lesser time specified. My monthly payments have been reduced by $914.00 (which is $525.00 less than the best quote LPD gave me); my mortgage loan has been brought current and I received a month of mortgage relief as well. I so grateful and I can't thank LPD enough for their help and expertise.
