My dad hired this guy to represent him in divorce.
Stutzman charged lots of fees, recommended hiring expensive experts and finally agreed to everything from my Mom's attorney without arguing. My dad deserved much better representation and he was very unhappy with the outcome. He mentioned that he would have been much better off without this guy.
Do not hire this guy to represent you. Divorce is an emotional situation and you deserve a great attorney on your side. This guy is not that. There are much better divorce attorneys in Santa Clara county then Stutzman.
