First of all, for all of the victims, I am sorry to have ever been apart of this disaster of a company.
As an employee, we were lied to. We came into a brand new company that promised results. Months later, we watched in horror as the clients we signed up lost their homes. One by one, we walked out on our jobs. All of us prayed that the Feds would shut this company down but they did NOTHING.
We even called the Bar Association, the Attorney General's office and our clients.
So today, the attorney Stephen Burns who lent his license to start this fraud business, is no where to be found. For all of you who think the employees deserve to pay, we have suffered right along with the clients. Our taxes were taken out of our checks- yet, the IRS never received a penny. Our health benefits were never received and our reputations were RUINED.
So where is this company now, last I heard, they were operating under D and A Services (or something like that.) The people who started the company are still out there and poor, stupid Mr. Burns is somewhere drunk and high with a ruined career.
To the owners of this company, the responsible parties, I hope you get what's coming to you.
