My excellent rating to Lrp Capital is due to their aggressive guidelines and strong relationships with their banks. I tried getting a Refi done on my investments property working with other brokers for 3 months before I found LRP. They got it done in 45 days Funded. They lowered my payments and gave me a 30 year at 5.375%. They also helped me with my primary home in liquidateding some of my equity and paying off some CC debt. They always pick up their phone and if not they call you right back. They always keep you informed throughout the process. I delt with Thomas Bennett, very organized and definatley on top of it.
