This business is terrible. I ordered some memory on 1/22/2010 and over the next 5 days checked the order status. It never changed from 'printed shipping label'. I also noticed that they charged my credit card as soon as I placed the order. On 1/26/2010 I called and canceled the order and asked that they refund the card. They said no problem. 2 weeks went by and I called again and said why have you not refunded my card. After being put on hold the person came back and said or it slipped through the cracks it will be refunded today. Checked again the next day, still no refund. I have called my credit card company and told them not to pay. Hopefully this place goes out of business.
