We hired Kerber to redo our pool in 2006. From the start we had problems with them. They showed a week prior to our start date, did not show when they were scheduled, and would show when they weren’t scheduled and hop our fence to get into the back yard. The workmanship was worse that poor. We had to have them come back out several times every year to fix numerous problems. Coping had to be replaced, caulking under the coping had to be redone several times, the damn between the pool and spa had to be rebuilt 3 times, and worst of all the tile in a few areas had to be redone. One area in particular had to be reset and grouted three different times. The warranty on this awesome job was for 5 years. (it was up March 2011)When we noticed the same area that had been fixed 3 times before was once again cracking and the tiles were getting ready to pop off I called Kerber. I was told that my warranty was up and if I wanted them to come out and fix the problem I would have to pay the normal rate. REALLY??? They haven’t been able to fix the problem after 3 times why would I pay for them to come and fix it for the 4th time. If anyone even thinks about using Kerber, think again. There are plenty of pool companies out there that I’m sure will do a better job.
