Judgment Awarded Against James Charles

In 20212 the Federal Court awarded substantial damages against James Charles, the founder and creator of "Designer at Home", for breach of Fiduciary duty. The judgment was based on the fact that Mr. Charles was provided large sums of money for the purchase of product, which he fail to do. He also failed to return the monies when requested. He still refuses to pay on the judgment and continues to ignore the plaintiff, a senior citizen, and her attorney
