Absolutely horrendous customer service. I was sold a product in which my warranty was not honored. I was grossly overcharged for my extended warranty which was not honored. They then proceeded to try and extort money from me to the tune of $1,500 to “reinstate & extend” my warranty so I can get service. Previous visits for service left my vehicle unrepaired and in some cases more damaged. I went in for a minor issue and my A/C drains which transport the condensation from the air conditioner outside of the vehicle are now kinked and leak into the floorboard due to poor workmanship by the service department; my car now smells of mildew; my adaptive cruise control does not work after they removed my bumper for repairs of another part of the vehicle. I took the vehicle back and they told me that it was working and I was mistaken. The adaptive cruise does not work until this day. Charged me almost $600 to replace one light bulb which is $25 online and takes 10 minute to install. I have been hung up on and mistreated. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I work hard and treat people with respect. If you expect this in return, think twice about bringing your business here.
