I called with a complaint stating that my ink that was sent to me did not work. I was told that no refunds are made for purchases made beyond 90 days. But the product's box clearly states that they carry "1 year Quality Satisfaction Guarantee". Well I
purchased $118 worth of cartridges 6 months ago and I am dissatisfied. I am hoping that the county attorney covering for Simi, CA will look into this scam. It is illegal in my opinion what this company does.
