I received what appeared to be a completely fraudulent bill from HRRG. It was sent to my address, but my name was spelled incorrectly. Also, the services for which I was being billed were from a state in which I do not reside. When I called them to complain, they asked me my date of birth only. When it didn't match their records, they told me to throw the bill away. The entire thing felt contrived, like a scam. No attempt at clearing up the confusion was made.
