Placed an order with this company in September 2007. After 6+ months the company was unable to provide the product ordered and shipped substitute product which they claimed met my original criteria but which arrived badly damaged and was not the product promised. Damaged product returned and refund requested. However, the promised credit to my credit card has still not appeared after three+ weeks. E-Mails go unanswered and phone enquiries yield no results. Intend to contact their parent organization to file formal complaint.
