How refreshing to find a company that does business the "old fashioned" way. From start to finish, my buying experience was first class. The hot tub cover I ordered arrived yesterday and it is beautiful. The craftsmanship is above and beyond my expectations. The delivery company was well within the time frame they had offered. The driver helped inspect the cover before he left.....WOW
