Once they get your credit card info, then all communications stop. Only good thing to say is that the hot tub cover was the right size & color. But quality is inferior to other hot tub covers and certainly not made as described in their fabrication video. Bottom side of cover shipped is a fiberglass screen mesh when the sales agent confirmed the bottom was a vinyl fabric complete with grommets for drainage. Even pictures of tub covers showed a vinyl bottom. Then the heavy duty shrink wrapped poly around the foam modules shown as black poly on the video is just lightweight clear poly that will break down easily when exposed to UV when the cover is opened. Once I opened the zipper on the vinyl to check on the poly, I find that there are several tears holes in the poly. Wished I had done a closer inspection when the trucker delivered it! Even the shipping box was poorly constructed with it being twice the size of the tub cover without any interior blocking so the cover just slid around & ends of the carton were ripped & crushed. But fortunately no visual apparent damage to the cover. And unlike their fabrication video, the cover was not wrapped in any poly bag inside the shipping box so hence any hold down clips were lost or never shipped with the cover. i have called & sent an email to their 24 hr hotline 5 working days ago and am still waiting for any response. And HottubWorks has these covers fabricated at Prestige Spa Covers in Florida so why deal with HotTubWorks? Lots of lessons learned.
