I have been buying my spa parts through our dealer for years and just discovered your site. I ordered chemicals and filters just to try them out and they are exactly what my dealer has been selling me for almost three times the amount. I then had an issue with my pump not working, the service repair man said I needed a whole new control system, but after speaking with your technical service department all that was not working was my small little remote panel. What a cost saver!! I will continue to shop at Hot Tub Works for ALL my spa needs. And the added convenience of shipping right to the house also saves me time and gas running all over town to find something.
