Their financing department is either incompetent or dishonest, perhaps both (seems consistent based on other reviews). I traded in my old car and used a portion of it as down payment on a new lease. The remaining balance was supposed to come back to me as a check. However, it has been almost a month since the transaction closed, and I have not received my check. When I followed up with them, the finance manager said he did not remember the trade-in, and after fumbling around with the records, he then gave me a nonsensical excuse as to why the check has not been issued.
Separately, they contacted me during this time to notify that there was an error on the original lease. They had inputted the wrong tax rate, and needed me to come back in to sign a new lease. This was an honest mistake, which I have no issues with. The issue was the attitude in which they notified me, threatening to take away the car if I did not come in by a certain day and time.
I found this to be extremely arrogant. THEY made the mistake, and needed to inconvenience me to come back in, so they are in no position to threaten anyone. Instead, they should have been apologetic and appreciative.
Not sure why this dealership has a "B+" rating from BBB, but I would suggest visiting another Toyota dealership in the area.
