We ordered two bottles of herbs more than a week ago. We did need it ten days after the order thinking we gave enough time but nothing shipped whole week, still understood they will not ship it. Meantim we sent emails asking about it and always got responses as they will arrive soon. I asked for refund I dont know when and if it will come. Other bad thing is now we do not have time to order online , we must find it at some store.
