My experience with this company has been beyond what I could have expected. Not only do they provide a tremendous product but they generally care about their customers and go beyond what is expected to make sure that all your questions are answered and you are 100% satisfied. I had received a damaged product purchased online through Amazon. When I contacted them to advise they sent me a free replacement unit even though I returned the damaged product already to Amazon. Their customer service rep apologized for something that was not their fault but knew I had been inconvenienced since I was anticipating the arrival of their nasal irrigator for severe allergies and has received such rave reviews. The rep spent almost an hour on the phone answering all my questions. I guess they know what they are doing because I have since recommended their company and product to at least 20 people that suffer with allergy and sinus problems. I guess thats what you call paying it forward. I only wish there were more companies like this still around. Most companies wont even answer their phone and simply try and cheat folks. It is refreshing to know companies like this are still out there.
