i went through this agency to try and help save my mortgage. after paying $400 and having heard all of the promises to have a lower interest rate and a monthly payment lower than $690 a month... as soon as they got my money and the paperwork to me, i heard absolutely nothing back from anyone in this company. i have called and left many messages, only to have no responses. they took my money and left me in the dark. come to find out, my mortgage company wont even accept the paperwork. i am far from satisfied with anything this company did for me, and i cant even get ahold of a real person to get anything in return....
