Poor support

Trying to get my television set fix the port for cable was broken off I call samsung to get it fix. They gave me a ticket # and then HD repair has cancelled them both anything outside of tv is not cover is the response? This port is both inside and out
and they told me it was not covered under warrenty. a 75 inch tv that i bought 2 month ago is not covered. i dont even know if this port was there when i got the tv. very disappointed with Samsung and HD repair. stay away dont buy!
