The independent technician that was sent out for the repair was exceptional; however, HD repair representatives that answer the phones are rude and will talk over you when you do not just accept what they are saying and the supervisor that my technician was being directed by actually lied to me on the phone. Which I did not realize until after calling the maker of my TV back to verify what he told me over the phone. Use this company at your own risk.
