You called our office yesterday and we attempted to stop by today. The orginal repair to your refrigerator was done over five months ago and your warranty has expired. A leak was found and repaired at that time. Today we offered to give you free labor and have you pay us for parts only. If the orginal job was done poorly, why did your refrigerator work for five months?
The kids could of left the door open overnight, or a power surge burned a component, or another part wnet bad...without checking it out, we dont know. H & M gave you a ninety day warranty and double the time has past so again, we can stop by and pay us for any parts needed to fix the new problem and we will provide you with the labor free.
