Review 3/12/2010

I moved my father from Fl to Indiana due to health reason in July 2009. He is living on a fixed income and his things were damaged in the move. Such as 52" TV, recliner, Mattresses and box springs, missing items, kitchen table and other broken things. I filled out all of the forms from Greenway to get some reimburse for some of the damaged items. Pictures were also sent. The settlement they offered was very low compared to what he paid for this move.
Trucks was schedules several time delivery time one of them was even at 10:00 pm. We live in a residential area and we could not have a lot of noise at 10:00 due to working neighbors, I had to take an extra day off work to make sure some one was there.
Just found out from the insurance come that Greenway requested all of the files back from The insurance company. I have them emails and all my emails have been rejected back to me. I was trying to find out if they went out of business. This has been going on since July 2009. I know it not a lot of money compared to what he paid. Just something to help him out.
This is a copy of the email that I received from the insurance company regarding settlement last week. 3/12/2010.
