Lost 340 euros after bought from this site

I bought about 340 euros. After bought (lol, I was in exam time, so I never saty more than 2h week in game) I had my account banned. They told me tthats not their fault, even I ask the game and they "kindly ask me how I get that item". I recover my account in game, but the game take my items from this bought. So they refuse refund me....
dont buy (more than 20 euros/dolars) fom him.... and take screenshots and macros....
