The toner cartridge for my printer comes in two versions: regular and high yield, meaning you get twice as many pages out of the high yield version. Global called me wanting to send me one of their toner cartridges to try. I balked at the price until he told me I could get twice as many pages as a high yield cartridge.
The promised cartridge arrived with a bag of M&Ms in it. I put the cartridge in the printer and it worked fine. My wife and kids enjoyed the M&Ms.
Then, they called me to ask when they could send the other three cartridges. I told them I had not agreed to buy more than one. They told me their minimum order was four (who does that?). Anyway, after much griping, they told me I could pay for the other three as I used them. I agreed and they sent a nice clock radio as a gift with the shipment.
Three weeks later, the first cartridge was out of toner after only light use. I instructed our accounting department to not pay them another dime under any circumstances. I then began looking for them on the Internet to get my money back and found this site. Beware these guys!
