Horrible service, they are a ripoff company.
Serviceman came and just looked at freezer and said everything
has to be replaced. He was the same one I had 2 years ago on my
ice machine. Replaced whole assembly and Charged $400 and it didnt' fix it.
I had to have another repair man come out and he replaced a solenoid , 10 dollar part.
