I purchased a Gateway Computer two years ago, returned it for a refund. The claim they never received it! They would not credit my account. Since the original 2400.00 purchase fees have been added and now "they claim" I owe over 3,700.00.
They have ruined my credit, lie, and do not honor their contracts. They also did not respond to my complaints until the return policy had expired. It's frustrating to see such a company have to lie and be so heavy handed. Also, I have been harrassed by 3 different account collection agencies. They change collection agencies every few months. They are not transparent. When you contact them they claim there is no record.
It's robbery and coorporate power with no real concern with their customers and they misrepresent their products.
Be ware...they lie...
