I ordered ProActiv back in March (it is now December) and I was offered a "free trial" of some vitamins: "VitaClear". I placed that order using a debit card that I don't normally use and don't check often. Today I got an e-mail from my bank saying that my account was overdrawn (remember, I don't use that account) So I checked it and sure enough there was a charge from Vitapower for $33. I called the number listed on my bank statement and the woman I talked to was very nice, although she informed me that I UNKNOWINGLY signed up for a monthly subscription for these vitamins and that they have been charging me monthly and supposedly sending me vitamins every month. I have NEVER recieved any vitamins from this place (aside from the initial "free samples") So that means they have charged me over $240 over the last 7 months and I have recieved nothing! They are essentially stealing from me! I cancelled my account (that I NEVER signed up for in the first place) and am going to pursue a refund for all of the money they took from my account.
