good advice, stands by their offers, lower costs

We've been pleased with Chris Kline at Fortress. He has good insight that has turned-out protective for us, keeps his word in offers, and shows Fortress has lower costs for certain services. They have even tolerated our fateful pick of remaining with Equity Institutional as the IRA Custodian with which we began. In contrast to broker/dealer Fortress, EI has been less than timely and too bureaucratic). We should've went with Fortress's recommendation.
