We have purchased and sold gold and silver through Fortress and have never had a bad experience. As a matter of fact we have had extremely fantastic service with every transaction. Our latest experience working with Chris Kline could have been a small disaster, but Chris asked us to give him a day or two to get to the bottom of the issue. We did and within 24 hours he had everything resolved to our complete satisfaction. It was truly a pleasure working with such a professional that honestly understands customer service. We will continue to use Fortress because we're always treated with respect and honesty. We love it.
