My family and I were ready to give up after paying someone to help us get a loan modification and her running off with our $1000. We were done and were willing to take the foreclosure. Then Timo Ketola came along. He gave us hope and was there every single step of the way. He kept in close contact with us and kept us informed. Timo was always very professional and reassuring that we would have a successful short sale. He answered all our questions honestly and was extremely knowledgeable. He is definitely someone I would recommend if you were in need of a short sale. He turned everything around for our family and we are very greatful for that.
