Good price & service; slow shipping

We purchased a room's worth of laminate flooring from FloorOne. The price was very good, and the sales people were very courteous on the phone. Our only complaint was that shipping was delayed FOUR weeks, one week at a time. Each time a salesperson would call or e.mail us, very politely. But there was nothing we could do.
If you want a good price and are okay with late shipment, FloorOne seems great.
