On Thursday, January 26th, I took my wife's 2014 Mercedes Benz GLK 350 to Fletcher Jones Newport Beach for a checkout and replacement of the "auxilary battery". I spoke with Alex Kniazuk via telephone before I arrived to coordinate what would need to be done during this checkout and replacement of the battery. I met with Alex when I arrived. His courteous and professional manner was beyond what I have experienced from other delearships for the various other vehicles that my wife and I own. He was very polite and very accommodating. I have owned many cars in my lifetime, I have been and experienced all different levels of customer service. But, once again Alex Kniazuk took it to an entirely different level. He handed me over to the service technician and promised me my wife's car would be finished in record time. Once again Alex was right!
This level of professional customer service needs to and should be recognized. His professional demeanor and outstanding knowledge of our vehicle was extraordinary! Although we live an nearly an hour away, and there are closer Mercedes Benz dealerships to our home, Alex Kniazuk continued outstanding performance, my wife and I will continue to have our vehicle serviced at Fletcher Jones Motor Cars, Newport Beach.
