All cars are at least twice the price of other FULL MERCEDES dealers. Yes a full mercedes dealer with certified pre owned mercedes cars. Except the cars at FJ Mercedes arent checked fully. If you are looking for a car why would you spend twice as much on a car where things vibrate and dont shift right and buttons don't work? Why would you buy a used car that has problems that the dealer doesnt even care enough to fix to impress you during a test drive. They are so stingy and cheap, the sales person Kay told me that any problems with the car will be fixed before you buy it. I DONT WANT TO KNOW THE CAR HAS PROBLEMS BEFORE I BUY IT!
The sales person Kay had me make an appointment with her (which she was busy for when I showed up) but she told me time and time again that she had cars in my price range that I wanted. I show up to some guy laughing at me because he doesnt know why she would tell me that. The economy is crappy, if they dont want your business STAY AWAY! There is always someplace better that will give you three times as much especially for the twice as much that FJ Mercedes charges you. Buyers beware. Look at their BBB review. There were over 20 customers dissatisfied to the extent that they had to give a FULL refund. That doesnt seem like much in the way of returns but look what they charge. Higher expectations means higher expectations 26 car returns is pretty sad that they couldnt satisfy those customers.
My parents have used FJ Mercedes for the past several car purchases and they service has been going down hill for a while. What a shame. It is so bad they wont go back any more and it has been so bad and such a rip off they wont even take their last brand new Benz to them for service after they bought it because they hane been so neglectful in the past with overlooking repairs which cause harm and headaches down the road because of their stupid appointments for EVERYTHING stuff.
