Charged additional fees after we cancelled their services.

Our nonprofit started using First Data for credit card processing in July of 2015 when we began a new banking relationship. Each year First Data has charged us an annual compliance fee of $99.95 on July 31st, taking the money directly out of our checking account.
Recently we changed over to a different company for our merchant services. We cancelled our services with First Data on July 29, 2017, but they still charged us another annual fee on July 31, 2017 and would only return a portion of it ($41.65). So we used First Data's services for 2 years but were ended up paying 2.5 annual compliance fees.
Charging additional fees after cancellation is NOT fair or trustworthy. Would NOT recommend them.
