I want to advise anyone who is considering using Premier Family Services............DON'T DO IT!!!!!! It is a TOTAL scam, i called and first i talked to "Tom" who gave me a # to call and speak with a "case-manager" so i call and after SEVERAL attempts to get to someone i finally get through to a "case-manager" he informs me his name is "Tom" and he will be my cm. He sounded just like the other "Tom" and frankly didn't do anything to help me. I needed to know if there was a temporary custody order in place and he told me to call the court. I did but juvenile records are sealed so they told me to have my lawyer fax over a form and it would be no problem. So, i call "Tom" to tell him this and his exact words were "did you tell them you don't have a lawyer? So basically i'm paying for NO LEGAL REPRESENTATION what's the point? BEWARE and BE CAREFUL this is not a game these are peoples lives they are PLAYING with. My kids mean the world to me and this company takes it as some kind of joke?? I don't think that its ethically right to MIS-REPRESENT yourself to people who are desperate for help!!! This company is very deceiving and very good at AVOIDING you the customer at ALL COSTS whether it be putting you on hold for 10 mins then hanging up on you or just flat out ignoring your calls. It's not right and they are nothing more than a MONEY SCAM!!!!!!
