We highly advise NO ONE to use this company! We have been taken! I only wish that I had checked them out by the BBB and we would have never used them. We have paid them the $98, $845 for court paperwork, and $45 at least twice. I will be putting a stop payment on my account on Monday for any future payments to them. I originally spoke with a Steve, then I was forwarded to a Phil Raushel, and also spoke with someone in there billing dept. When we received our paperwork long after it was promised it was incorrect so I called the revisions dept. where they corrected it and sent me the revised copy via email. I sent it on to the courts, but I have needed to ask them questions about the order of events to follow and the telephone #'s either don't ring or go to a voice mail box that stays full. We are going to seek legal rep. against this company because this money was and is not easy to come by. I can not even begin to make you understand how livid my husband and I are about this situation. I just can not believe that there are businesses out there that are nothing but scam artists on hard working people. It seems like almost all of the reviews are the exact same thing. We feel completely robbed!
