FSC is a total scam
|
Like many other reviewers on this site I too was taken by this predatory business. I found the FSC website while shopping for an attorney to handle an out of state parenting plan modification for me and I was intrigued by the possibility of handling my legal problem at a discount price. I filled out the form on the website and was contacted by Nick Silverman. He explained, very briefly, how the process worked and that it would cost between 900 and 1300 to handle my case. He then asked for a $100 "retainer" and explained the monthly fee.
At his point I should have recognized the red flags screaming SCAM!! at me but i chose to ignore them and gave him my credit card. He then had me complete a "contract" via email while he waited on the phone. Again this seemed suspect to me, but hey I was saving $3000 right? Two days later i came to my senses and started researching this company. Needless to say after approximately 30 seconds of research it became apparent this was at best a shoddy outfit but more likely a total scam.
I sent there cancellation emails from 2 different email account as well as left a voicemail cancelling my "subscription". I was charged $175 fee the next day, which was in the hastily signed "contract" so i guess is indisputable. However, two days later i was charged a $59 monthly subscription fee...after the cancellation fee. Go figure. I've made multiple phone call and sent multiple emails trying to get my stolen funds back, to no avail. My only recourse is to go to my bank in an attempt to get my stolen money back.
These guys are crooks, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS SHODDY COMPANY!!!!! Sounds to good to be true? $900 legal fees when all the real attorney are quoting me $3000-$5000 for instance, it is. Get yourself a real attorney not these hacks.
